I guess the first were Brother's Grimm and Hans Christian Andersen short stories with beautiful illustrations. The pictures were what really drew me into the stories. Later, I really enjoyed books like the Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland. Once again, it was the illustrations that really sent my imagination soaring. That's one of the reasons I wanted to create an illustrated book for older readers. It's a little enhancement to the movie that you have playing in your mind as you read. :)Sybrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08197876925948311438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247839648816395648.post-29348750291193448052017-08-07T21:13:34.812-04:002017-08-07T21:13:34.812-04:00Congrats on the tour! I had originally thought it should be for middle grader but then some readers had concerns about some of the more mature aspects of the book like the battle scenes and the really evil wizard. So, I decided to classify it for teens and older readers. If anyone else has any questions about the story or any of the characters, I will be happy to answer. :)Sybrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08197876925948311438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247839648816395648.post-39448515084868633302017-08-07T14:11:01.043-04:002017-08-07T14:11:01.043-04:00Thanks for sharing your review :)Thanks for sharing your review :)Victoria Alexanderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00295305682468644975noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7247839648816395648.post-72945971118925196322017-08-07T07:29:35.594-04:002017-08-07T07:29:35.594-04:00Congrats on the tour, hope the tour is fun for you...Congrats on the tour, hope the tour is fun for you, and thanks for the chance to win :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13115730343687745202noreply@blogger.com
